CheersWithMe may offer premium or paid features, including but not limited to premium listings or visibility for restaurants or pubs, access to exclusive events or offers, and in-app purchases or subscriptions for enhanced user experiences. All pricing will be displayed clearly before purchase. Payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, or similar).
We strive to ensure transparent and fair transactions. However, due to the nature of our digital services:
You can cancel a subscription anytime from within your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations. After cancellation, you can continue using the free features of the app.
CheersWithMe reserves the right to modify pricing, introduce new features, or discontinue existing services at any time. Any significant change will be communicated via in-app notifications or email. Continued use after a change implies acceptance of the new terms.
You are solely responsible for all content, messages, photos, offers, or posts shared by you on the platform. You confirm that all such content is your original work, or you have rights to share it, and does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or third-party rights, and does not violate any law, decency, or moral standards.
You must not post, upload, or share content that:

CheersWithMe reserves the right (but is not obligated) to review, monitor, or remove any user content that violates these policies or is deemed inappropriate. Repeated violations may lead to termination of your account and permanent ban from the platform. We may cooperate with law enforcement if your content breaches any laws.
If you encounter inappropriate or offensive content, please report it immediately using the “General Feedback” option in "Share Feedback" under "Settings" in the app or email us at support@cheerswithme.com. We review and act on all genuine reports promptly.
CheersWithMe hosts offers and listings from third-party restaurants and partners. We do not control or verify the accuracy, authenticity, or legality of third-party offers. Any transaction or dispute with a third-party partner is solely between you and that partner.
You may delete your account at any time via app settings. Upon deletion, your data and content will be permanently removed (except where retention is required by law). CheersWithMe reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations or suspicious activity.
CheersWithMe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from payments, cancellations, or user content. The App is provided “as is” and may experience temporary downtime or maintenance.
This Policy is governed by and construed under the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
