We are not responsible for any third-party offers, restaurant promotions, or events listed on the platform. The App is for information and entertainment purposes only and does not sell alcohol or conduct financial transactions related to liquor.

Offers and promotions displayed in the App are provided by third-party venues. CheersWithMe does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or legality of such offers. You should verify all details directly with the venue before acting on any offer.
CheersWithMe, its founders, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from using the app; any disputes between users or between users and third-party restaurants; or any misuse of the app by other users. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
We collect and process your personal data as per our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to this collection and use. We do not sell your data to third parties. You can request account deletion at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Termination may be immediate and without prior notice. You may delete your account voluntarily at any time.
Premium or paid features will have clear pricing and renewal details. All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. We use secure third-party payment processors; CheersWithMe does not store your card details.
All logos, app designs, and brand materials are owned by CheersWithMe. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our intellectual property without written consent.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra. Users agree to attempt amicable resolution before resorting to legal action.
CheersWithMe is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified via the App or email, and continued use means acceptance of the revised Terms.
